What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a strong customer facing role where you have developed empathy for customer problems
- Prior experience in B2B, SaaS and/or Agile development environments Is a plus
- Strong understanding of features and technology that impact customer experience
- Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in Fintech domain will be plus
What You Will Do:
- Conduct market research and understand the overall market for the segment
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and priorities
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify the strengths and weakness of each competitor and use competitive knowledge to assist in outbound product positioning and set internal development priorities
- Create, communicate, and execute the roadmap and develop a strategy to achieve goals
- Own and manage the product backlog and prioritize product enhancements, partner, and customer requests by using sound judgment and decisive tradeoffs- Create use-cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements that clearly articulate the functionality of the product that will be developed
- Responsible for assurance of product quality, accuracy and recommend enhancements to fulfill customers needs
- Collaborate and co-create with Engineering to deliver an amazing product and an exceptional user experience
- Demonstrate new ideas and features to stakeholders- Identify, define, collect, and track key metrics for the product
